With its comprehensive competence growing, China as a boosting developing country, has been achieving high level urbanization, with which awareness of environmental protection and ecological civilization get across among citizens. Moreover, Chinese cities are constantly experiencing a rocketing population and the functions of a city has been more and more comprehensive and complicated, on the condition of which, people are demanding higher level living circumstance. Thus, Chinese cities' demand of virescence has zoomed up, which provides landscaping companies with great opportunities. However, Chinese landscaping industry, growing up in recent years,are facing many difficulties such as nonstandard regulations?insufficient skills and slowly developed innovation. To satisfy the rising demand of urban landscape, there is a long way ahead for Chinese landscaping companies, they need to spare no effort for innovation and improvement and to achieve industry upgrade.In the Internet plus age in which the combination of Internet and traditional industries and big data feature prominently. Landscaping industry that are regarded as labor intensive and capital intensive has to follow the change of this age, and make a breakthrough.This research choosing the A landscaping company as a research target aims at offering some helpful and valuable suggestions for landscaping industry, by analyzing the combination of the external and internal conditions that A landscaping company faces.
