Research On Network Growth Of Small And Medium-sized In Changzhutan

Enterprise network growth, as an important growth mechanism of regional enterprises, and small and medium-sized enterprises, as a new economic growth point, encounter the difficulties of unreasonable resource dissipate and weak growth ability. With integration of resources, network system, as a new growth model, helps the technology developments of enterprise, which helps the growth of the small and medium enterprises, with resource flowing in cross region network. From this perspective, it is necessary to study the network growth of the small and medium-sized enterprise.Based on previous works, this thesis proposes a conclusion that with the network growth effects, technology agglomeration and knowledge spillover under collaboration innovation can obviously improve the technology progress, which accelerates the growth of regional small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the concept of industrial linkage network, I build the Changzhutan small and medium-sized enterprise network model. Under the background of two type society,taking the high-tech zone in changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan area of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, and technological progress as the research focus, I propose the definition of the network growth of small and medium-sized enterprise in Changzhutan, and study its growth model. The essence of the definition is the influence of technology improvement introduced by resource flow on growth in small and medium-sized enterprises under the collaborative innovation and the cross regional network. Through the mechanism analysis, it shows that technology element agglomeration and knowledge spillover promote the enterprise improvement, which accelerates the growth of regional small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the concept of industrial linkage network,the Changzhutan small and medium-sized enterprise network model. is established.From the perspective of promotion of technological progress in Changzhutan high-tech development zone, enterprise growth can be achieved, which helps network growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.With DEA- Malmquist index analysis approach, with calculating the annual number of input and output in three areas, efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprise in Changzhutan is estimated; and differences among these three areas is estimated as well by through varying the coefficient of variation CV. The differencesare used to measure the convergence of three regional development level, and judge whether differences exiting in three areas. Moreover, it can judge whether there is a flow of resources among three states through the absolute convergence. Due to more network growth models and less quantitative indicators, based on the indicators of industrial linkage network model, according to the principle of data availability and reliability of industrial structure in the network and network resources flow in the stream of people, logistics, information flow and cash flow, the structure of the network is measured. Through the regression model, the final conclusion and suggestions are constructed based on the discussion about the effects of industrial structure and resource flow of labor force quality, foreign direct investment,telephones, mobile phone penetration rate, the number of Internet access and road density on the technological progress is discussed.
