Study On Technology Innovation Model Of Manufacturing SMEs Based On Strategic Alliance

The manufacturing industry occupies a large share of the China's economy, and the contribution of manufacturing SMEs occupies a large share in China's economic, but the technological innovation capability of SMEs has been low. Technology innovation mode was introduced to strategic alliances, which is helpful to solve the financial problems, technical issues, risk issues, and the distribution of benefits in technological innovation process, meanwhile it is of great practical significance to improve the level of SMEs' technological innovation.Firstly, the dissertation analyses the national research situation of technology innovation as well as strategic alliances, and development situation of the technological innovation.Secondly, the dissertation describes divisions and characteristics of China' SMEs as well as the connotation of the technological innovation, analyze the three typical modes of technological innovation as well as the development evolution of technological innovative modes, and propose the only way to the future technological innovation mode is the strategic alliance.Thirdly, the dissertation summarize some problems that SMEs' manufacturing technological innovation facing,to solve these problems, the overall framework of the strategy alliance technological innovation mode that considers the manufacturing SME as the core was proposed,and then take the organizational model, business model, regulatory model, risk compensation mode, and interest distribution pattern of the technological innovation for a detailed analysis.Fourthly, in order to analyze the key technologies of the technology innovation strategic that takes manufacturing SMEs as the core of the alliance strategy, apply the logistic model, shapely model, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the stability tactics, benefits distribution tactics, and evaluation tactics of strategic alliances respectively and put forward some reference measures.Finally, we put forward a series of policy recommendations and measures respectively from the perspective of manufacturing SMEs, government and university research institutions, and financial institutions so as to promote the implementation of technological innovation mode that takes the manufacturing SMEs as the core of the strategic alliance.
