Research On Measurement And Influence Factors Of Independent Innovation Efficiency Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Fujian Province

As one of the strategic fundamental industries,equipment manufacturing is an industry with high degree of association,great ability of adopting employment,which provides protection for the national economy and national security.The development of equipment manufacturing industry is not only the way to realize industrialization in our country,but also the key to enhance our comprehensive strength.Along with the globalization development of world economy,the ability of independent innovation has become the standard of core competitiveness in a country or a region,not only can he determines the survival and development of enterprises,but also determines the development quality of the national economy in a country or a region.Only in this way of independent innovation,can equipment manufacturing industry break through technical barriers to face the increasingly international competition.Because of the special geographical location and good natural environment,equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province has made remarkable achievements for more than 30 years since the reform and opening-up.But compared with the provinces with advanced equipment manufacturing industry in Yangtze River delta and Pearl River delta,there is still a long way to go for equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province,which is caused by the weakness of the ability of independent innovation and low efficiency.Therefore,objective and comprehensive measurement of the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry,finding and analyzing the main factors of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province which results in some corresponding policy recommendations,is an effective way to improve the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province.Here are the main parts of this paper.Firstly,review the literature about the independent innovation of equipment manufacturing industry and the efficiency of independent innovation.Secondly,analyze development status of the whole equipment manufacturing industry in scale status,benefit status and stages status in Fujian province,Considering of the acquired data,this paper analyze the input and output status of independent innovation of six equipment manufacturing industries except metal products industry.Next,construct the measurement index system of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry,measure and analyze the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry dynamically and periodically in Fujian province.Then,adopt multivariate regression models to measure the influence factors of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province,and analyze from the perspective of industry and factors.According to the front analysis put forward countermeasures to promote the effective output through the highlight of R&D investment intensity and quality of human capital;expand the scale of enterprises through government's policy support,deepening of the cooperation of the industry-university-institute,improvement of innovation protection mechanism and development of industrial cluster,in order to improve the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian province.Finally,point out the conclusions,limitations and prospects of this research,which may provide other scholars' further study with reference value which about influence factors of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.
