In recent yeas,enterprises have to transform to multi-variety and small-batch production mode for survival in the fierce market competition environment.In this mode,there are more and more uncertain factors in the production workshop,which leads to the continuous bottleneck drift in the production workshop,making the production plan based on the fixed bottleneck unable to meet the actual production situation.At present,the research on the bottleneck of the production workshop mainly includes the identification of the bottleneck based on single index and the post-identification of the bottleneck drift,which makes it unable to adapt to the complex and changeable production environment.In view of this situation,this paper aims to study the advance prediction method of bottleneck drift under the influence of uncertain factors.Firstly,by analyzing the shortcomings of single indicator bottleneck identification and combining the existing bottleneck identification indicators with the actual situation of the production workshop,the appropriate bottleneck identification indicators are selected.TOPSIS method was used to calculate the comprehensive value of each identification index and realize the comprehensive bottleneck identification of the production workshop.Then,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is adopted to study the uncertain factors to determine the degree of influence of the change of uncertain factors on the change of index value and the bottleneck shifting mechanism under the influence of uncertain factors.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the bottleneck shifting,a mathematical prediction model of the bottleneck shifting was established to judge the situation of the bottleneck shifting in the production workshop under the influence of the uncertain factors and the new bottleneck equipment under the influence of the uncertain factors.Finally,the validity of the mathematical prediction model is verified by taking the electrical workshop of H company as an example.On this basis,by analyzing the bottleneck shifting of different types of products in the production plan and combining with the actual situation of the motor workshop,the paper analyzes the bottleneck shifting rule of the production line under the influence of uncertain factors,so as to provide a reference for the company to carry out emergency order insertion.In addition,by analyzing the impact of personnel efficiency changes and equipment faults on the bottleneck shifting in the production process,this paper provides a reference for personnel scheduling and equipment maintenance in the production workshop,which is of great significance for improving personnel efficiency,reducing equipment faults and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the production workshop.This paper contents 9 figures,37 tables,71 references.
