Since reform and opening up,China has won a great success in economic construction,meanwhile Chineses enterprises have scored tremendous contributions.Under the policy guidelines that taking economic develpment as central task,some enterprises only aiming at maximizing profits in the process of accelerated development,ignoring many extra-economic factors,which resulting in a series of problems such as environmental pollution problems,food safety issues,counterfeits and unqualified problems.Under the background of building a harmonious society,how to achieve a balanced situation between economic benefits and stakeholders such as employees,customers,communities and environment becomes a significant subject.Ecological and bionics theory concerns a mutual interaction between organization and internal&external environment,which provides a new perspective to improve organizational health issue.Based on the in-depth interview and literature review,this thesis interpreted a new connotation and structure of organizational health: organizational health is a situation-potential concept that enterprise has a thorough organism,comprehensive social relationships,good learning ability and immunity capacity,meanwhile easily adapting to a changing environment to achive a sustainable development from ecological and bionics perspective.According to sorting clarification consequence of indepth interview,self-dependently developed situation-potential organizational health scale,establishment research modelof organizational health and related influencing factors based on ecological perspective.Based on the questionnaire survey of 532 employees from various enterprises in Jiangsu and Anhui province in China,firstly using SPSS exploratory factor analysis and AMOS confirmatory factor analysis to verify the organizational health scale structure and various influencing factors scale.Secondly studied differences of overall level and various dimensions of organizational health on demographic and organizational variables through independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA analysis.Finally,this thesis analyzed predictive effect differences of various influencing factors of organizational health by correlation analysis and regression analysis.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Organizational health is a four-dimension structure of organism health,relationship health,social development health and performance health.Each dimension has a significant predictive effect to organizational health overall level,moreover showed differencial in predictive effect.Among them,social development health was the strongest predictive variable,then organism health and relationship health after,performance health was the least.(2)The overall level and various dimensions of organizational health demonstrated significant difference in situation-potential mean value.On situation level,social development health presented the highest average while performance health presented the minimal values.On potential level,social development health still presented the highest average while organism health presented the least.At the same time,performance health revealed the maximum situation-potential difference in standard deviations,which illustrated that business performance shows a larger internal variation between different enterprises.(3)Various influencing factors had a remarkable different predictive effect in overall level and various dimensions of organizational health.Among them all dimensions of cultural value orientation showed a significant predictive power of overall level of organizational health,which assumed the strongest influencing effect to organizational health.Meanwhile only hope and resilience of psychological capital presented significant predictive effect to certain dimensions of organizational health,which assumed a weak impact effect.Ultimately,for the purpose of comprehensively promote organizational health level of sample enterprises,this thesis established a ecological perspective strategic management model based on empirical research conclusions.
