Under the background of the rapid development of Internet insurance, in this paper, by comparing the traditional insurance channels and their advantages and, comparative study with traditional insurance channels and Internet insurance questionnaire foundation to the research in this paper, based on the relevant data of the Internet industry, found that the traditional channels of insurance to compensate for the passive of insurance marketing, technical security issues, customer trust is low, the lack of cultural atmosphere, and the Internet can make up for the traditional channels of insurance cost is high, the lack of customer information, insurance product single and low intelligence, illustrate the necessity of a fusion, the fusion after can solve their own problems, can better develop the future of insurance market, provide more quality services for the insurance customers, in marketing, insurance, claim and the final part constructs the traditional insurance and Internet integration schemes.We make the following conclusion by study:(1) the integration of Internet and traditional insurance channel makes our insurance market in multi-level consumers in a place, is a way to meet the needs of the market multi-level, adaptation and development of a trend. The characteristics of the channels of the fusion of the characteristics of the marketing mode shape also reflect on the basis of insurance needs to meet. Although say now insurance products are similar, but still would be some difference in some detail. The demand in the traditional channel may be difficult to meet, but a similar network agent website, can meet the needs of insurance products to compare.(2) the O2 O business model will be the traditional off-line marketing and services, and expand to the combination of online and offline, the mediation through the network(agent), customers, insurance enterprise moments together, can promote the level of online business together. On the one hand, the online offline can promote product sales and service, customers on the Internet after seeking insurance services, offline personnel can timely follow-up, satisfies the customer the product or service requirements. Offline, on the other hand, also can promote the online product sales and services.(3) insurance network is use the Internet, using digital information or network media interactive communication with customers, provide each link of insurance service, make the insurance information consultation, planning design, insurance, underwriting, capture expends, underwriting, claims and payment of the insurance policy information query, the whole process of implement network, assist marketing goals to achieve a new type of marketing channels. Channel network is at this stage the Internet insurance concentrated liquid form.
