Therefore, Empirical Study about economic benefits of Top Working and influence factors on Top Working adoption has important practical significance.The study based on the theory of induced technological innovation and farmer behavior theory, referencing related research results, adopted the method of typical case analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis, measurement test to empirical study the economic benefits of Top Working and influence factors on grafting techniques adoption, the study found:(1) Through tracking investigate Xu Qizhi Orchard in Xinyi County-level City, Maoming City in Guangdong and Huaxiang Orchard in Yangxi County, Yangjiang City in Guangdong, the study evaluate economic benefits of Top Woking. Under normal production year and the same conditions, the average yield, sales, sales prices of both orchard significantly improved, the rate of output costs declined and the cost of profit grown, overall production efficiency increased.(2) The difference of household characteristics, scarce elements, market demand, information acquisition between lychee framers from different regions reached significant level,so do the difference between farmers adopting Top Working and not adopting. It illustrates litchi growers own characteristics, factor endowments, market demang, information acquisition, regional differences have an impact on Top Working employs behavior. Among them, the age of litchi production, land cost, sales price, technology implementation cost have a significant positive impact on litchi growers Top Working adoption behavior.The paper put forward some suggestions against the problems in Top Working promotion process, including establishment and improvement of litchi market price information platform, promotion the introduction of new varieties, establishment of technology adoption subsidy mechanism, actively carry out technical training, rationally adjusting the product structure and scientific planning maturity distribution.
