Study On Economic Benefit And Its Influencing Factors Of Bamboo Professional Cooperative In An'ji County

Since the reform of the collective forest system in the South in 2003.The scale of forest farmers become the main forest management.Forestry professional cooperative organizations,for the realization of retail management for the characteristics of the collective forest and agricultural products supply and market effective docking,Market risk,the effective increase in forest farmers income,change the weak position in the forest farmers market negotiations played an important role.On the basis of the achievements of bamboo cooperatives,how to further improve the economic benefits of bamboo cooperatives and promote its sustainable development is worth to continue to explore the issue.In this paper,based on the analysis of the history and current situation of bamboo professional cooperatives in An'ji County,we combining of typical sampling and random sampling,carried out field investigation on 8 bamboo cooperatives cooperatives in An'ji county.We have collected 119 samples,which including the data of the previous year and the year of 2015,analyzing the factors that affect the operating efficiency of the cooperatives.On this basis,We draw the relevant conclusions and put forward the reasonable suggestions to improve the management efficiency of the bamboo cooperatives.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the comparative analysis method to analyze the management benefit of the bamboo cooperatives and based on the analysis of cooperatives and peasant households,it is concluded that the bamboo cooperatives not only benefit the agricultural income,but also promote the increase of total income.(2)Using comparative analysis to study the impact factors of bamboo professional cooperatives of economic profit,It is concluded that labor force,capital investment,forestry technology,marketing,organization management and external policy are all related to the cooperative benefits.The factors in the current development of the status of cooperatives vary in extent.(3)To improve the operational efficiency of bamboo professional cooperatives mainly from the following aspects:First,cooperatives ease the financial pressure by guiding the main investment and financing of social;Second,broaden sales channels,strengthen the brand strategy;Third,cultivatingprofessional talents,and gradually reaching Personnel management';Forth,strengthen the formation of effective interest link mechanism.
