Study On The Influence Of The Modern Service Industry In The Upgrading Of Regional Industrial Structure In Jiangsu Province

Industrial structure is the basis of macro-economic development and competitiveness,and the modern service industry should influence the evolution of the regional industrial structure upgrading.Modern service industry is the base of a sustained,healthy and stable development.Modern service industry is knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive service sector,which serves as the core of industrial innovation system,the backbone of the tertiary industry,and its development utilizing industry leading theory-diffusion effect,by building regional innovation system and the regional industrial structure.The evolution of the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading have far-reaching implications.Industrrial structure rationalization and industrial structure height are the two elements of regional industrial structure evolution.These two factors jointly promote the optimization and upgrading of industry.Firstly OWA operator gray correlation model based on development indicators and regional industrial structure of modern service industry rationalization,high grade adjustment for correlation analysis.The second step is to build a spatial econometric model,empirical analysis to obtain the integration of modern service industry and other industries in the evolution of regional industrial structure upgrading obvious promotion effect.Finally,from the perspective of rationalization of industrial structure adjustment,summarized the impact of modern service industry rationalization of regional industrial structure adjustment;from the Industrial Structure Adjustment angle summarizes the impact of modern service industry of regional Industrial Structure Adjustment.Then put forward policy recommendations.This paper makes an innovation of the research method first.From the regional industrial structure rationalization,two aspects associated with the level of sophistication of the modern service industry development indicators to promote the upgrading of industrial structure evolution.Then this article on empirical methods have also been innovative: first,the application of improved gray correlation model,which analyzes the modern service industry of regional industrial structure rationalization and sophisticated adjustments affect gray correlation model based on OWA operator;second,the use of Spatial lag model and measurement error model,analyze promote the integration of modern service industry and other industries of the regional industrial structure upgrading.
