The Analysis Of Influence On Modern Service Industry In Industrial Structure Upgrading Of Jinan

With the acceleration of economic globalization, the worldwide economic restructuring and industrial upgrading has continuously deepened. The global economy seems to go soft, moving from commodity production into a "service economy" era. With science and technology developing and continuous upgrading of consumption structure, modern service industry has developed a lot and gradually dominates the service sector. The Chinese governments at all levels are doing everything possible to promote the development of modern service industry and optimize the industrial structure.On the basis of analyzing the connotation, related theory and developing level of modern service industry, this paper focuses its point to the modern service industry and industrial structure of Jinan , and summarizes its features. It also finds out some deficiencies in speed, structure, size, quantity, brand and so on. As for economic structure, the service industry has decreased, and the economy does not go soft enough; as for the internal structure of industries, the modern service industry of Jinan does not share a good proportion; as for the enterprise scale and the degree of association, modern service industry enterprises of Jinan are smaller in scale; as for the level of development, because of lack of well-known brands, few pillar enterprises, low crowding level and scale diseconomy , modern service industry does not play a good role in economic growth.In view of the problems and deficiencies, this paper gives a strategic thinking to speed up the development of modern service industry and promote the upgrading of industrial structure of Jinan. First, place the development of modern service industries in an key position, and make full use of late-development advantage to build a clear idea of modern service industry developing; Second, further optimize the development environment, and actively promote the market-oriented reform to build a standard service-market system; Third, improve scientific and technological ability for innovation and the efficiency of the modern service industry; Fourth, clear regional position, and make the Jinan City as the main front for developing; Fifth, a more and more open market, accelerate the process of international services ; Sixth, speed up the training of qualified personnel and build a service-oriented city.Also, this paper makes an interaction analysis between production-based service industry and new-type industrialization. Based on the actual Jinan, it proposes production-based services as the focal point of modern service industries of Jinan. Taking information service industry, financial service industry, modern logistics industry, scientific and technological service industry as examples, it puts forward concrete measures to accelerate their development.
