The finance crisis of the business enterprise from rise to the depravation usually has experienced a process advancing gradually, accumulating, and changing generally. In this process, the factor of various crises all will come out through some variety reflections of the sensitivity finance index signs directly or indirectly.Therefore, with setting a constitution and studying some varieties of finance index signs, this thesis establishes a valid business enterprise finance early-warning model, which can realize the signal of the finance crisis in time, prevent from the business enterprise finance crisis, and promise the finance system of the business enterprise and management system to be placed in good movement appearance. Therefore, this thesis probes into a model of finance early-warning based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, not only having the worth of theory, but also having an important instruction function to the finance management fulfillment of the business enterprise.The thesis is divided into totally 6 parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction. In this part, I systematically discuss the purpose and its important meaning of the early-warning the thesis, completely analyze and overview the domestic and foreign finance early-warning theories and the application study circumstance, look for the research contents of the value of theories and practice, and put forward the way of research thinking.In Chapter 2, I analyze the existing finance early warning research methods and the problems they exist, and put forward the way of research thinking and method. There are many kinds of the finance early-warning models, for example, the nature studying method and quantify research method. Because existed early-warning model have some problems, this thesis asks for help from fuzzy mathematics to set up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation finance early-warning model to predict the financial risk of the business enterprise effectively.Chapter 3 is a summary of concerning basic theory, introducing the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the theories knowledge of the basic model.In Chapter 4, I set up the enterprise fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of business finance early-warning model. First, it settles the finance early-warning index sign. This thesis selects four index signs of financial early-warning: the repay debt ability, the management ability, the profit ability and the growth ability. And the four index signs contain 15 index signs of financial early-warning. Secondly, this thesis sets up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation finance early-warning model, according to the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In Chapter 5, I applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of finance early-warning model to carry on substantial evidence analysis. I combine the actual financial status of the Kelong Company, and according to the built up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of finance early-warning model carrying on application research.In Chapter 6,I summarize the results of the research, and put forward an outlook of the research.The conclusion of the thesis is to have structured a model of finance early-warning based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and carried out analyses, not only beneficial to enterprises to carry out the effect control, and also to be able to play a role in early-warning on financial affairs crisis.
