Application Study Of Lean Production In Q Company

Lean production is a proven advanced production organization way, and more and more manufacturing companies use lean production to achieve internal changes. Lean production can eliminate waste in production processes for continuous improvement, improve enterprises' management system and help enterprises to enhance competitiveness force. This paper takes Q Company as a traditional manufacturing enterprise that manufactures rear axle assembly as the object of study, analyzes problems in the production management process of enterprises from production planning, production layout and production management and other aspects, and then concludes management needs of enterprises to achieve production changes and establishes the enterprise lean production method system model.5S management, visual management and andon system and other methods are implemented to change messy site management and improve the workshop working environment; the system layout planning method SLP is used for layout optimization to improve the logistics situation and reduce costs; the method study and work measurement techniques are applied to improve production line balancing, optimize staff and improve efficiency; Kanban management is applied to adjust plan ways and reduce inventory; the proposal improvement, QC Group and independent research project management system is established to form the mechanism for continuous improvement. Finally, this paper concludes the lean propulsion process and steps of Q Company, validates the implementation effect from production, quality, cost and improvement and other aspects, and proposes problems in lean production propulsion process and next propulsion program of Q Company. The research results of this paper are worth learning for similar manufacturing enterprises in the future implementation of lean production.
