Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Natural Gas Industry In Anhui Provinces

Under the background of promoting energy production and consumption revolution, optimizing the energy structure adjustment, improving air qualityand people's living standards, natural gas, as a clean and efficient energy, will be identified as an increasingly important role in energy consumption in Anhui province. In the future, as one of the main energy, natural gas will take on heavy responsibility of supporting the sustained, rapid and healthy economic and social development in Anhui province.There is no resources of nature gas in Anhui,therefore, Anhui's position in the nature gas industry chain undertake resources from upstream,transportation and dispatchment,and marketing development.At present,the level of nature gas utilization in Anhui is considerably lower than the average level of China,even the world,which reflects an obvious gap between Anhui and the surrounding provinces.In this paper, according to the development of natural gas industry in Anhui province, four problems were put forward. Firstly, the limited society capital; secondly, the monopoly of pipe networks in upstream and downstream company; thirdly, the imperfect price of pipeline transport; finally, the lacking of the government regulation. Aiming at the four problems, four suggestions were proposed. First of all, social capital could accelerate be recommended; the second, organizing the provincial level company which independent of the upstream and downstream business; moreover, improving the price mechanism; the last, strengthening the goverment's supervision.
