Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Industry In Anhui Province

Urbanization and industrial upgrading are not only the inevitable trend of economic and social development,but also the important content and main driving force of national modernization.The coordinated development of industrial cities is related to the construction of ecological civilization.At present,China's urbanization development level is not high,the industry support is insufficient,and urbanization and industry development are not coordinated.In view of this,the state has issued relevant documents and attached great importance to the coordinated development of urbanization and industry.Under this background,the coordinated development of new urbanization and industry has gradually become one of the core issues in China's regional development research and one of the important issues to be solved in modern urban management.Therefore,this paper takes Anhui,a pilot province of new urbanization,as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation,interaction mechanism and influencing factors between new urbanization and industries,with a view to providing reference for the coordinated development of Anhui's industrial cities and providing certain theoretical basis and practical experience for other similar regions.It can be seen from the domestic and foreign literatures that the ecological environment is regarded as the cost of urbanization and economic development,but it is often neglected intentionally or unintentionally in the evaluation index system.At present,under the background that the main social contradictions in our country have transformed into the contradictions between the people's demand for a better life and the imbalance and insufficiency of development,people's demand for a better ecology is increasingly urgent.For this reason,this paper brings the ecological environment into the analysis framework of the coordinated development of urbanization and industry,defines the concept of new urbanization and expounds the connotation of new urbanization on the basis of the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad.This study combs the development history of urbanization in Anhui,a pilot province of new urbanization,summarizes its current development situation,and makes an empirical investigation on the coordinated development of the two by using entropy weight method,linear weighted sum method,coordination degree and other models to analyze the interactive mechanism and influencing factors of coordinated development of production and city.The research conclusion shows that,based on the provincial perspective,the comprehensive development level of Anhui province's new urbanization and industry subsystems has been continuously improved from 2009 to 2018,but the overall development level is not high.The degree of coordinated development between new urbanization and industry has increased steadily,with the coordination index increasing from 0.4167 to 0.5689,and the coordination type changing from being on the verge of imbalance to barely coordinating.Based on the perspective of cities,the degree of coordinated development of new urbanization and industry in 16 cities has gradually increased,but there are obvious differences among cities,and the overall layout is "high in the east and low in the west".According to the above-mentioned relevant analysis,this paper points out four problems in the development of industrial cities in Anhui Province:imperfect urban functions,uncoordinated industrial city development structure,regional differences in industrial city development and inharmonious ecological environment of industrial city development.It further explores the reasons of urbanization development concept,system development,economic development and technical level for the problems in industrial city development,and correspondingly puts forward suggestions such as implementing the new urbanization development concept,promoting industrial optimization and upgrading,improving the construction of new urbanization system and forming joint forces among government,enterprises and the public so as to promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and industry in Anhui Province.Figure[17]Table[24]Reference[97]...
