With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises want to be in an invincible position in the market, talent training has become the key and necessary conditions to win the advantage. Training, as the main form of talent cultivation, is an important way to explore the existing human resources and improve the overall quality of employees. Enterprise through the selection of examination to recruit outstanding talent is not equivalent to the enterprise to obtain excellent staff. Enterprise senior management should be clearly aware that, how to make enterprise employees get job knowledge and skills through the organization of training, so as to improve the enthusiasm and work efficiency of the job is very important.Training effectiveness evaluation is an indispensable link in the whole process of training, and it plays an important role in training results. In reality, the training effect assessment activities are far behind the training to carry out. On the one hand, managers do not pay enough attention to the evaluation of training effect. They thought that as long as training is carried out, it will be able to achieve good results. So it is not meaningful to take training effect evaluation. On the other hand, it is lack of effective training evaluation tools. So it is difficult to scientificly measure. Corporate investors and managers, and even enterprise employee, are difficult to know how much employees personal capacity increased and economic benefit to the enterprise. It makes investors and managers not to increase the training of the employees in the economy, and employees also gradually lost power and enthusiasm to participate in training.This paper introduces the concept of evaluation of training and training effectiveness evaluation, summarizes the theoretical basis of training effect, the main methods, and the evaluation of training effect evaluation model and work flow, expounds the effect of M electric power company training center status of training evaluation, analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation of training effect. On this basis, designs an evaluation system for M electric power company training center, and makes the use of the evaluation system to evaluate the training courses to assess the scientific validity of inspection. Finally, based on the idea, incentive mechanism, training management, communication and feedback is put forward to ensure support measures continuous running training, so as to M electric power training center really establish a workable, scientific and effective training evaluation system.
