| Career management, as an important part of the human resource category, has a direct impact on the career development of the employees and the implementation of human resource management strategies, which needs an urgent attention of the HR in the enterprises.At present, there are certain problems in most employees’ career management which makes them unable to meet the requirements put forward by the HR in the new age.Now, the most essential part of the work of HR is to do a good job on employee career management as to complete the aim of human resource management strategy and career planning.Based on the above statements, this thesis is a research about optimization of employees’ career management, regarding the state-owned bank, Construction Bank, KF Branch as the study object.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction.The second part is the study of the present situation of the career management of employees and HR based on the present situation of KF Branch.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of career management of the employees in KF Branch by interviews and questionnaire. The problems mainly include lack of the recognition of the importance of career management, unclear goal of the career management, the absence of effective training and evaluation, limitations to staff promotion and lack of the support of related departments.The fourth part is about optimizing plans and defining goals and principles of optimization based on the problems in employees’ career management. The optimization is carried out from three aspects which include employees’ career goals in different stages, effective training and evaluation and promotion. Meantime, it is critical to establish security for implementation including cultivating enterprise culture, cooperation among departments and perfection of the system of human resource management.The last part is conclusion and outlook which summarizes the whole thesis. Based on the study of career management of employees in KF Branch, it puts forward possible suggestions and optimizes the present situation in order to make the career management of employees in KF Branch more rational, more humanized and more suitable for the trend of future development and strategic goals.The purpose of this paper is to make feasible suggestions and optimize the present situation by researching the career management of KF branch employees, to make the career management of KF branches more reasonable and more humanized, which is more in line with the future development of branches. |
