At this stage,China is in the transition to high-quality economic development,especially the banking and other financial industries need to improve the quality of development and provide strong support for the development of the real economy.Human resources is the first resource.Banks urgently need to fully tap and manage the development potential of employees and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.The problems faced by Gansu Branch of bank X are particularly prominent in this regard.From 2016 to 2020,the employee turnover rate of bank Z branch of Gansu Province exceeded 3%,of which the highest reached 7.5% in 2019,including middle and senior managers,branch presidents and professional technicians,far exceeding the average level of previous years.Therefore,the development of a career management system suitable for the development of bank employees has attracted more and more attention of the bank.Taking Gansu Branch of bank x as the research object,based on the career management theory,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of employee career management in Gansu Branch of bank x,and empirically analyzes the factors affecting employee satisfaction by investigating the career development satisfaction of grass-roots employees in Gansu Branch of bank X;On this basis,this paper puts forward the optimization ideas and Countermeasures of employee career management system of Gansu Branch of bank X.First of all,China is in a period of transition to high-quality economic development.The pressure of competition for talents has increased the mobility of bank employees.China’s banks have failed to determine and form an effective career management system,which can not effectively solve the current work pressure and promotion pressure faced by bank employees,and can not fully stimulate their potential and mobilize their work enthusiasm,Thus causing the loss of bank staff.Therefore,the author hopes that through the research on the career of employees in Gansu Branch of bank Z,the bank employees can pay more attention to their career development.Through the research on the optimization strategy of bank employee career management,I hope to find a solution to the prominent brain drain problem of Gansu Branch of bank x,and improve the career satisfaction and loyalty of branch employees.Secondly,the author analyzes the research status of career development at home and abroad.According to the research on career management at home and abroad,it is necessary to balance employees’ expectations for career,establish career growth channels,formulate different development directions for different types of employees,reasonably plan and implement incentive mechanisms to stimulate employees’ passion and enthusiasm,Help employees complete career planning.Based on the existing research,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the career satisfaction and loyalty of branch employees,so as to reduce the turnover rate of excellent employees and fundamentally solve the relevant problems existing in Gansu Branch of bank X.Thirdly,by combing the relevant theories of employee satisfaction,this paper designs an employee career satisfaction questionnaire,investigates the satisfaction of employees of Gansu Branch of bank x,and analyzes the career satisfaction level of employees of different gender,different age,different education and different jobs.The overall situation is that the satisfaction of older employees is relatively high,and the satisfaction of older employees with higher education is lower;Then it makes a detailed analysis of the factors concerned by the employees of Gansu Branch of bank x,and comes to the conclusion that the factors they most concern about their career are six main factors,such as ability improvement opportunity,system and policy support,fair and fair performance appraisal system,promotion opportunity,employee training,and appropriate work pressure.At the same time,Gansu Branch of bank X does not have a deep understanding of career concept,and has defects in the establishment of employee career management system,employee promotion channel,promotion system and so on.Gansu Branch of bank x should improve the leaders’ attention to the management staff,so that the staff can establish a good career management plan.Improve employees’ ability faster,and then improve employees’ satisfaction with career management.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization ideas and Countermeasures of grass-roots employees’ career management of Gansu Branch of bank x,that is,to implement scientific,reasonable and effective career management planning,build a scientific human resources system,realize the effective allocation of human resources,provide opportunities for employees,and implement a fair and fair performance appraisal system and diversification Diversified incentive system.
