Study On The Development Of Sunflower Industry In Zhaozhou City, Heilongjiang Province

Agriculture is the source of food and clothing of people, and it is an important sector of the national economy. China is a large agricultural country; the development of rural economy is an important part of the construction of a well-off society. Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province in China, and Zhaozhou City is the important part to plant sunflower in Heilongjiang province. Once it has made a great contribution to the development of sunflower industry in Heilongjiang Province, and it has also increased the farmers' income of Zhaozhou City and promoted the development of Zhaozhou Country Economy.But in recent years, the dominant position of the sunflower industry in Zhaozhou city is gradually disappearing. Therefore, reviving the development of sunflower industry in Zhaozhou city is imminent. In the paper, I first collected and analyzed the research materials related with the research subject, including scale economy theory, the comparative advantage theory, agricultural characteristics industrial theory, etc. then elaborated the development status quo and the history of sunflower industry of Zhaozhou City, found out the problems and the key points that prevent the development of sunflower industry of Zhaozhou City. Combining the comparative advantages such as location advantage, agricultural resource advantage, the crop advantageand its value advantage of sunflower and the market advantage from the whole global need to sunflower seeds and its by-products, we put forward some strategies and suggestions as follows: strengthen the supervision from the source, extend the sunflower industrial chain, strengthen the brand construction, develop sunflower tourism, develop “Internet plus sunflower” and let the sunflower industry of Zhaozhou City go to the world through “One Belt, One Road”.
