Study On The Reginal International City Construction On The Core Area Of The “Slik Road Economic Belt”

With the continuous improvement of the international economic level,the city is also the foundation of economic development and construction.Therefore,the construction of the city has a great role in promoting the development of economic globalization.In addition,with the development of the western region for our country to strengthen the degree of attention and issued corresponding support policies and implementation,plus "Silk Road Economic Belt" concept is gradually built,Xinjiang is bound to usher in the best period of economic development,to further promote the Urumqi towards the direction of the development of international.This article according to the internal demand to the strategic development of the Silk road Economic belt,for impelling the purpose of constructing the internationalized Urumchi city.Adopting direct comparison and principal component analysis to compare and study the Urumchi's Internationalization level among the(silk road Economic belt)cities in the standard values of the regional internationalized cities.Conclusion is :1)now the internationalization extent of the Urumchi arrived at 65% of the standard requirement,To some extent,it has the basic conditions to build regional international cities and has great potential to developing;2)The internationalization level of Urumqi is increasing year by year.It indicates that the fifteen years after Urumqi's western development have experienced a golden period of rapid development.In this period,the most important factor affecting the internationalization level is the improvement of social and educational development level.3)The internationalization level of Chengdu was the highest among the 9 cities.Compare to XiAn,the two cities' disparity in terms of internationalization development level is not obvious.it directly represent the western region cities internationalization level is the leading troops.Although there is an advantage in economic and social development.However,the basic implementation and environmental development of xi 'an and Chengdu in terms of economic development is relatively insufficient so that has impeded its progress towards the world-class city;4)Scores of Urumchi and Kunming compare to XiAn and Chengdu has a certain gap,the gap between kunming and them are mainly concentrated on the development level of infrastructure and environment,and the gap between urumqi and them have focused on education and social development level,but on the level of economic development has certainly obvious advantages.The two cities can be divided into the second tired of the western region in terms of the internationalization level;5)Yinchuan,Nanning,Xining,Chongqing,Lanzhou in comparison can be classified as the third troops in the western city of internationalization level.the gap between first,second,and third tired cities can be reflected in infrastructure development level and the level of economic development and environment;6)In the case of Urumchi,the level of economic development has obvious advantages,level of education and social development has a distinguished superiority,the development level of infrastructure and environment gap is not big.Enhance,the level of internationalization should be mainly rely on strengthening social comprehensive development level;7)Urumchi should absorb the essence of the experiences of Chengdu and XiAn in internationalization,pay more attention to the economy and society,the relative balanced development of facilities and the environment,this article finally put forward the strategy towards regional international city core area.
