In our small and micro enterprises in the enterprise overall stood very important part,small and micro enterprises for Chinese residents in employment to very large role.Therefore,we need to promote the healthy and sustainable development of small and micro enterprises in the use of various resources,improve their ability to develop,so that small and micro enterprises to contribute to China's economic development is the greatest strength.It is necessary for us to build a harmonious society.However,the small and micro enterprise development capacity is weak,a lot of small and micro enterprises is facing the test of life and death but can not make improper comments on development,a large number of small and micro enterprises growing difficulties,development ability is low,business increasingly difficult,profit margins continue to the next.Small and micro businesses development ability caused by many reasons,such as small scale,financing difficulties,market competition is becoming increasingly serious.However,employee loyalty is not high in Small and micro businesses is a major cause of the problem.The research is Based on Handan Hengqing Network Technology Co.,Ltd nearly a year of growth,Handan Hengqing Network Technology Co.,Ltd.all employees and businesses to Lord research object,by using the theories of human resource management and modern enterprise management,using DEA analysis method,literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,regression analysis method,application of statistical techniques and so on,Exploring the relationship between employee loyalty and development ability of small and micro enterprises.Inquiry the problem that small and micro enterprise employee loyalty is low.How to improve this situation and to giving reasonable suggestions,so as to improve the ability of development of small and micro enterprises.
