ZK Company is a small power engineering consulting company in Shandong Province,mainly engaged in power technology and power engineering business.As a small and micro enterprise,ZK is facing a series of human resource problems.The problems are mainly manifested in the company's core staff's poor subjective initiative,low work enthusiasm,weak sense of innovation,poor stability and mobility.The above performance of the core staff fully shows that there are problems in their loyalty to the company,and the company needs to make corresponding improvements to improve the loyalty of the core staff.This research is closely linked to the background of the times,based on previous research results,and takes ZK Company as the research object.It fully utilizes the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,has carried on the investigation to the ZK company core staff loyalty present situation.And then analyzes the reasons for low loyalty from several aspects,such as personal factors,enterprise factors and social factors.The main reasons include the lag of enterprise culture construction,unreasonable salary design,imperfect management system,imperfect education and training mechanism,etc.In view of these problems,this study designed a set of core employee loyalty improvement plan for ZK company.And the plan include creating a good working environment,improving corporate culture,improving wages and benefits,full decentralization,and strengthening communication with employees.Finally,the upgrading scheme was tested in ZK company,and the effect of the trial operation was evaluated.The results show that the core employee loyalty promotion scheme designed for ZK company can effectively reduce employee turnover and improve employee loyalty.So this study not only made constructive suggestions for the improvement of ZK company's core staff loyalty.It can also play a certain role in improving the loyalty of core employees of other similar small and micro enterprises.
