In order to HSJ office projects have a full understanding and to recognize the risks, avoid blind development and economic loss, need in preparation for the project development work on the project risk management, which not only are beneficial to the smooth implementation of the project, ensure the economic interests of the SD group, but also to promote the development of chifeng city related areas and industries.This article first introduced the paper selected topic background and research significance, and is summarized in the paper, the research content and research methods; Then, this paper summarizes the HSJ office in all sorts of basic theory in the study of project risk management, including the basic theory of risk management, risk identification theory and method, theory and method of risk assessment and risk response of commonly used measures, etc.; Then this article has carried on the HSJ office building project risk characteristics analysis, and according to the HSJ office building project and the surrounding environment characteristics, seriously carry out analysis, combing out all risk factors associated with HSJ office projects, has formed the project risk list; Then, in this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to HSJ office building project risk evaluation, according to the expert advice and use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) calculated by the comprehensive weights of various risk factors, and then determine the significant risk of this project, general risk and the risk of secondary specific listing; The last mentioned above, the author of this paper to identify all kinds of risks, according to the important degree of risk, respectively puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Of this writing, the HSJ office building project is in prophase planning stage, so this article by risk analysis, and put forward various measures to deal with risks, for the smooth implementation of the project has a certain practical significance.
