Among them, the family farm with its own local and flexibility, has became the most basic, the most flexible new arricultural business entities.This text.we use many domestic and foreign scholars'research on agriculture and agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading as the theoretical basis, regard the agriculture's transformation and upgrading combined with family farm as a innovation, Through the survey to analysis the development of family farms in Chengdu current situation,the main factors and issues.Through the survey to analysis the development of family farms in Chengdu current situation and the main factors,found the problem of faimly farms and for this problem,we chose typical family farms as the case to studies, summed up the experience of the family farms in Chengdu, the last from the macro and micro level put forward suggestions for the development of Chengdu's family farms, then provide the more valuable decision-making reference for successfully finishing the agriculture arindustrial transformation and upgrading and healthily development of Chengdu's family farms.Oue main points are as follows:1 Family farm is a kind of new agricultural business entities, is based on the household contract responsibility system to continuing growth, is suitable for the status quo at this stage of agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading.and interaction with the agricultural industry transformation and upgrading. The agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading is the fundation for the faimly farms' development,and the family farms is the importance way to complete the agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading.2 The development factors of family farms are many and complex, in this paper we improved the RBV to classificaet the development factors of the faimly farms in Chengdu, and statistical the family farm survey data, detailed analysis of the influencing factors found that family farms in the background of the agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading, development factors do not limit the original factors of production resources, but regard the factors of production as the foundation, regard the organizations resources as the catalytic and regard the external environment as the guarantee.3 Through the survey data analysis, summed up family farms exist in all aspects of factors, then analysis the well-run family farms during the survey, summed up the experience for other family farms to learn, and put forward suggestions.Government should ensure the stable basis of various factors of family farmproduction.like land and capital, innovative the organizational elements of family farms,improve the policies and social services of the system about the family farms, create a favorable external environment. Family farms should adapt to the existing government policies, local conditions make full use of an element of development, promoting all aspects of their development.
