Construction of the seven(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. the project appraisal incentive system does not meet the needs of the company's development, the current system is not conducive to the mobilization of staff's subjective initiative, to stimulate the staff's creativity, enthusiasm. Based on this background, this paper takes the company as the blueprint, studies the project appraisal incentive system, carries on the plan design,hoped that this can improve the management level of the company, improve the ability of the team work, the employee's personal ability. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, theoretical analysis and case study method, causal analysis of a variety of management method, interviews and other research methods to conduct the research, in the project design, stage division and management of the project, through qualitative and quantitative methods for project management,assessment and incentive system design and optimization plan.On the basis of analyzing the research background, this paper summarizes the significance of this study, puts forward the research methods and contents, and reviews the literature at home and abroad. Based on the construction of seven Office(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as an example, the analysis of the project appraisal subject,responsibility, incentive object, content, proposed the existence of the company's project appraisal and incentive system problems, to solve the problem, put forward the project management system, project assessment methods, assessment content,assessment criteria, index design, determining weight, assessment cycle design,project evaluation and assessment system of work flow design, implementation andrevision of the detail design. According to the project life cycle, in different stages of the project, the implementation of the incentive system for the implementation of the design, and from the organization, system, training three aspects of security measures.Based on the construction of seven Office(Shanghai) design and implementation scheme of the system of incentive limited project assessment, standardize the management of the company, increase the protection measures of construction quality,construction schedule, improve the staff's enthusiasm and satisfaction, increase their sense of belonging, and improve the efficiency of project management and improve the company's service and management level.
