With the reform of human resource management in modern enterprises in-depth, enterprise has been generally recognized that performance management is an important means and tool of the modern human resource management, and has an important influence on the comprehensive competitive power, but in the specific operation and implementation process there are still unsatisfactory result is not ideal. Therefore, the problems of performance management according to their own characteristics, design and construction in line with the actual situation of the performance appraisal systemIn this paper the design of performance appraisal system of CX company as the research object, carries on a more thorough discussion and the research on the specific problems of company CX in the process of performance management, learn from the advanced performance management theory, will customize fit the development of the company for a set of performance appraisal system, and the effect of the the system carries on the empirical analysis, hoping to make a fair and reasonable evaluation of staff performance, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises to further enhance.Through the analysis of CX company, there are many problems in the implementation of the performance appraisal system in the past, including the place of performance management with special performance appraisal, a single evaluation method, evaluation cycle is long, cannot reflect enterprise’s strategic intention, not the effective implementation of the performance appraisal feedback, not for the performance appraisal results to communicate effectively, can’t check results the overall effective utilization, performance assessment and information management system is a little. To solve these problems with CX company, set up a set of performance appraisal system, including defining the evaluation index, evaluation process, evaluation method, evaluation and scoring method. In the construction of a good performance evaluation system, in-depth discussion of the implementation of the performance management system of CX company, and the effect is evaluated, including mainly involves the construction of organization structure, setting evaluation appraisal cycle and feedback mechanism, establish evaluation result feedback mechanism, application testing, evaluation of the effect of the factors affecting the formulation of evaluation to ensure the implementation of the measures, implementation effect and other aspects, so as to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the performance appraisal system.
