Thirty years since the reform and opening up, our country has undergone enormous changes. Economy and society have developed rapidly, people's living standards have improved markedly and comprehensive national strength has grown continually. At the same time, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, especially since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The state are vigorously promoting the new urbanization and embarking on a people-oriented, four modernizations synchronized, layout optimized, ecological civilized, and cultural inherited new urbanization way with Chinese characteristics. Producer services is an emerging industry separated from manufacturing. With knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive, capital-intensive characteristics, producer services agglomeration can promote the prosperous and rapid development of economy and society. It can also optimize and upgrade the industrial structure and promote the development of urbanization. Then it can lay a solid foundation for China to build a moderately prosperous society and to realize the Chinese dream. Therefore, this paper takes the case of 80 cities in the six central provinces and studies the influence of Aggregate Production Service on the new urbanization, which has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper introduces the producer services, producer services agglomeration and new theories and concepts related to urbanization. Structured and systematic literature review covers three aspects, namely the industrial agglomeration, urbanization, industrial agglomeration and urbanization. Subsequently, in-depth study explores the mechanism of producer services agglomeration's influence on new urbanization, mainly from the direct and indirect effects. In accordance with the relevant theoretical knowledge and the influence mechanism, the paper proposes impact hypothesis of the influence producer services agglomeration has on new urbanization. On the basis of the previous theoretical analysis and summary of the influence mechanism, the paper collects indicator data related to producer services by using location quotient to comprehensive measure of population urbanization of productive service industry of the 80 cities. The paper also constructs a new comprehensive evaluation system form four aspects, namely the urbanization of population, economy, society and environment, uses the full range of multi-angle comprehensive measure of the entropy of the new urbanized six provinces 80 cities, and analyses the development of producer services and new urbanization of the 80 cities in six central provinces. In the empirical analysis of influence of producer services agglomeration on new urbanization, the paper sets the model through the relevant literature, and describes the selected the variables and data sources. Then the paper provides space correlation analysis on productive service industry and new urbanization, discovers that productive service industry and new urbanization are significant spatial autocorrelation. Then the paper builds spatial panel data model and finds that the spatial Durbin model (SDM) is better. Then the article followed the establishment temporal spatial Durbin fixed effects model to do empirical research, the model results show that:producer services agglomeration has positive effect on new urbanization, while the space adjacent to the city's new urbanization has a positive overflow space effect; the city's GDP per capita also has a positive effect on new urbanization and the space adjacent to the city of new towns has a positive spillover effect; industrial agglomeration can promote the development of new urbanization, but the space adjacent to the city of new towns has negative spillover effects, and the impact was not significant; fixed asset investment has a negative effect on in the new urbanization and brings a negative growth to the new urbanization level space adjacent to the city; foreign direct investment has a positive effect on new urbanization, while space adjacent to the city's new urbanization has a positive spatial spillover effects. Finally, the paper analyses the spillover effect of spatial temporal fixed effects Dubin model, by decomposing the total overflow effect into direct and indirect effects. With deeper exploration of productive service industry on new urbanization, the paper finds that the 80 cities in the six central provinces interact it adjacent cities, which shows they are closely linked in according to space and is consistent with the expected theoretical assumptions.Based on the above results of both theoretical and empirical analysis, from the angle of producer services and new urbanization, this paper provides some policy recommendations and proposes to develop producer services, promote productive service industry agglomeration, improve the quality of new urbanization and accelerate new urbanization process. This way, the producer services agglomeration and new urbanization will develop synergistically.
