Research On The Spatial Spillover Effect Of Producer Services Agglomeration On Economic Growth In Hebei Province

With the continuous development of the economy,producer services are gradually separated from the original manufacturing industry,and gradually form a new industry.As an important part of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration,the level of economic development of each city in Hebei Province is low,and the imbalance of internal development is a short board to build Beijing Tianjin Hebei world-class urban agglomeration.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Hebei Province,the priority should be given to the development of producer services.With the deepening of inter-city communication,there is a spatial correlation between producer services and economic development in adjacent cities,and there is often consistency in regional internal policies.Therefore,this paper takes the productive service industry of Hebei Province as the research object,and uses the research method of spatial econometrics to study the role of productive service industry in economic growth of Hebei Province.First of all,this paper systematically combs the relevant theories about producer services and regional economic growth and the relevant research results at home and abroad;secondly,it compares the status quo of producer services in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and analyzes the status quo,development level and agglomeration level of producer services in Hebei Province;then,after introducing the spatial statistics theory,it analyzes the status quo,development level and agglomeration level of producer services in Hebei Province.Based on Cobb-Douglas production function and panel data from 2004 to 2017,a spatial econometric model is constructed to analyze the effects of producer services agglomeration on economic growth of Hebei Province.Finally,a two-way fixed effect spatial Doberman model(SDM)is selected to study the effects of producer services agglomeration on economic growth of Hebei Province,and the estimated coefficients are decomposed.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)there is a significant negative spatial correlation in the economic growth of each city in Hebei Province;(2)the economic growth of Hebei Province depends on the agglomeration of producer services,and diversified and specialized producer services agglomeration model can promote the economic growth of Hebei Province;(3)at present,the input of material capital and labor force is still on Hebei Province.Economic growth plays a role in promoting;(4)government intervention has a role in promoting economic growth in Hebei Province.Finally,according to the results of the empirical study,some suggestions are put forward for the development of producer services in Hebei Province.
