In recent years,the rapid development of all walks of life in China,the demand for electricity is also increasing year by year.Facing the problems of the worldwide energy shortage and pollution is becoming more and more serious,nuclear power gradually becomes the main force of China electric power transformation.In accordance with the State Council formulated the "13th Five-Year" nuclear power planning,the scale of nuclear power planting in operation to exceed 50 million kilowatts in the end of 20 s in this century in China.Then China will become the country with the largest number of nuclear reactors in the world.With the increasing of nuclear power projects,how to ensure to successfully completed them,is an important issue which need to be solved at present in China.Research on schedule management of nuclear power projects has aroused great attention in the field of nuclear power.Dongfang turbine Co.Ltd.(referred to as DQ)as the main force of China's nuclear power turbine manufacturing has a large share in the nuclear power market.Hualong unit 1 Fuqing unit 5 nuclear power project of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co.is the first independent intellectual property rights of the three generation of nuclear power technology relying on the project.If DQ can successfully complete the project,then on behalf of DQ with the nuclear power turbine independent research and development and manufacturing capacity,and it can greatly increase the core competitiveness of the company's nuclear power industry.This paper studies on schedule management of Dongqi Fuqing unit 5 nuclear power project,it hopes that the relevant research results can be applied in the follow-up work of the project schedule management and have a strong reference significance on the other nuclear power projects of DQ.Base on the theory of schedule management,firstly,this paper analysis the industrial form and business model of DQ,and the relationship between them and progress,and their impact on the project.And it analysis the characteristics of nuclear power projects management of DQ.Secondly,it analysis on the whole life cycle and milestone of Fuqing unit 5 nuclear power project,and it analysis on the existing problems in the project schedule management,and identify the progress risk of the project,be easy to start around the progress of the work.Thirdly,the project has been carried out on the task of the system decomposition,and the strategies and methods of time estimation has been presented,and network planning for the project has been optimized,and further analysis the key path of the network planning,and puts forward the specific control strategies and ideas for the key work on the key path,and analysis of the existing multi-level scheduling of DQ,and focus on the development of a milestone,and puts forward the principle of milestone in this paper.By putting the above method into practice,this project has achieved good result on schedule controlling,and effectively reduce the cost,and ensure quality of the project,get the company and group and even owner's high opinion.Lastly,this paper further thinks on improving the risk management of the project,puts forward the further solution of schedule planning and schedule generation and optimization and schedule controlling.
