Research On Total Schedule Management Of Nuclear Power Projects

For the nuclear power project, high safety, costing long time and the complicatenature have to be considered in the schedule objective. This makes the schedulemanagement of nuclear power project has its own traits. Schedule management isalways the heart of such large-scale projets'management. This paper aims to concludethe content system of total schedule management, by discussing and exploring theschedule management methods and tool, managing process and managing traits,hoping it can provide some help to the schedule management job of large-scaleproject just like nuclear power project.This paper begins with the introducing of nuclear power projects'PM, analyzethe traits of nuclear power projects'PM, put up the total schedule management andconclude its traits. By combining the EDF's experience data and the constructingfulfillment in our country, this paper explicates the proper overall progressarrangement of nuclear power project, how to carve up the total schedule into severalstages and different tasks in different stages, additionally, pointing out the key factorsand key tasks in different stage considering prevenient constructing fulfillment. Basedon that, it concludes the content structure of grading schedule plan system, analyzesthe traits and function of the schedule plans belong to different grades, then,themethods,steps and notices of making different schedule plans are dissertated. Afterthat, the writer stands in the owner's place and concludes the content system ofschedule control system, by dissertating schedule control to the engineering andproviding contractor, the schedule control to the construct and installation contractor,to the debugging stage, to different interfaces between different partners at differentstages. Additionally, combining the experience and datum of our country's nuclear powerproject, it furtherly exploring the schedule optimization in the total schedule management,concluding the engineering optimization and how to shorten the debugging period,and here aiming at the traits that many interfaces and many information limits exist inthe building period, a minimum cost model considering the resource and informationconstraint is put forward by using linear programming, hoping providing some help tothe research on schedule optimization of some large-scale projects just like nuclearpower project.
