Wasion Group is a company which was established in 2000.It's a backbone enterprise of electrical instrumentation industry in China.It's main business is electric heat moisture meter and meter reading terminal and system management.There are more than 3300 employees,including 1300 productive employees in Wasion.From the nearly three times employee satisfaction survey results,the productive employee satisfaction is lower than the average,and there is a downward trend year by year,aroused great attention of top management.This paper uses Wasion Group productive employee as the research object,according to the theory of productive employee and job satisfaction,on the basis of the analysis of company profile and productive employee management situation,designs the employee satisfaction questionnaire,analyzes the Wasion group productive employee satisfaction respectively from the satisfaction of work,pay,team and company four aspects,and the influence factors of productive employee satisfaction,taking the combination of questionnaire and interview.Empirical results show that Wasion Group productive employee overall satisfaction is in higher status,among them job satisfaction is highest and salary satisfaction is lowest;There is no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction among the productive employee of different gender,age service for enterprise,marital status,educational background,but there is a significant difference in the satisfaction among the productive employee of different age,department and salary.On the basis of the empirical analysis results of questionnaire survey,the paper designs a systematic lifting scheme of productive employees' satisfaction for Wasion Group,mainly from the aspects of the salary management,working environment improvement,staff care,training and promotion management,etc...Finally in order to ensure the implementation of the scheme,the implementation strategies of scheme are designed,and the early warning and the safeguard measures of the difficulties that may be encountered are involved.This study designs the enhance solution and implementation plan of productive employees satisfaction for Wasion Group with strong operability by using the theory of human resources management.Our findings also have certain reference value for staff management in scale production enterprises.
