Researches On The Talents-Training Management For Improvement For Wasion Group

With the development of Chinese economy, more and more enterprises realizethat knowledge has become the key factors of production and the competition ofhuman capital is the essence of that of talents with knowledge and te chnology. WasionGroup, which is the supplier of energy metering equipment manufactory, systemssolution and services, is fully aware of that the "talent cultivation" is an importantdriving force for the further development of the group. It is urgent to b uild a scientifictalent training system if Wasion Group would implement the strategic mission ofenergy metering and energy saving management experts and achieve the vision ofcontinuous innovation and an everlasting company.In this paper, after reviewing of the documents, the author has researched thecurrent personnel training situation of Wasion Group such as staff career developmentplanning and personnel training system. The author has found some problems such asthe ignorance of human resources development, the weakness of personnel targetedtraining and imperfection of training system, etc. The paper, based on the modernhuman resources management theory, points out a clear personnel training systemprinciple. After combined Wasion’s development strategy, the paper establishes ahierarchical level and continuous personnel training system. It designs the talenttraining mode via aspects of new staff mentor program, the group’s internal work shiftand Multi-skills worker training, etc.. This paper builds training development systemvia the development of the training course, promotion of E-learning platform, designof examination and evaluation system and the cultivation of internal teaching staff.The paper designs a guarantee system via the improvement of the internal trainingmanagement, education management system, performance management system andsalary incentive system. It will ensure the smooth implementation of personneltraining system.This study builds a practical talent cultivation system for Wasion Group. Thissystem should provide continuously excellent talents for the group and offer somevaluable theoretical thinking to guarantee Wasion Group a talent driven company.
