Enterprise middle management as the core of human resources,are the backbone of the enterprise survival and development,and the middle management performance for effective integration of human resources and play a key role to achieve the goal of enterprise strategy.Therefore,according to the actual enterprise management and the strategic target,establish a corporate strategy oriented middle managers performance evaluation system is particularly important,so as to realize the middle management performance and the ability to work more objective,fair and scientific evaluation and management,to fully arouse the enthusiasm of their work and the potential ability,enhance and improve their work behavior.From the performance management theory,this paper adopts literature reading research and interview method of combining the internal staff,analyze wei sheng group middle managers the current main problems of performance appraisal:performance appraisal index set unreasonable,evaluation result application is not in place,lack of performance feedback and performance improvement.To solve above problems,mainly by using key performance indicators(KPI)and the combination of the balanced scorecard(BSC)performance evaluation method,for the company's strategic targets and annual business management objectives,values from the enterprise practice,business performance completion and the key work of middle managers monthly work performance,work ability and work attitude of three aspects to carry on the comprehensive evaluation,and according to the different nature of work and content of middle management,combining the quantitative index and qualitative index,setting different performance evaluation indicators,and constantly according to the requirements of the job evaluation index for correction and adjustment.At the same time to apply the assessment results to pay,promotion,and personal career development,etc.,provide effective basis for human resources decision-making,further guide and encourage the role of middle management,establish the competitive talent incentive mechanism,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.This article research results of wei sheng group building existing middle management library of key performance indicators and performance evaluation system has a positive influence,also for middle management performance system of construction industry provide the important reference signific.
