Lvliang is an important energy industry area in Shanxi Province, and is one of 14 concentrated poor areas. The exploitation of coal resources long-term in the severe has impacted on the local ecological, a large number of cultivated land has destroyed, farmland barren, salinization and land subsidence seeperd, original agricultural ecological system has destroyed, contradiction is sharp between human and land, some farmers lost the survival. In recent years, due to the coal industry downturn, many coal mines has shut down, in addition to the local ecological environment, is the common fault of the "mine exhaust the city", seriously affected the sustainable development of local agriculture, has brought great influence to the local agricultural economy and farmers' production and living. Exploring the green cycle agricultural development way of Lvliang, increasing the local farmers' income, to speed up the pace of the new rural construction, has important theoretical and realistic significance.Circular agriculture focus on agricultural cleaner production and multilevel utilization of wastes, prompting agricultural ecological system and economic system gradually shift in the direction of virtuous recycle, providing a new train of thought to promote the development of the green circular agriculture in Lvliang.
