Changzhi city as a traditional agricultural county, the development of modern agriculture has carried on the positive exploration. In recent years, the develop of Agricultural science and Technology Park in Changzhi City is more and more vigorously,which plays an important exemplary and leading role. After many years of ascension, have also made some achievements, achieved the change from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture basically, however, how to increase and strengthen the operation efficiency and radiation efficiency of agricultural science and technology park, still need to do discussion and research further. This paper takes Changzhi City 18 agricultural science and Technology Park as the research object, the operation efficiency of the park as the research content, which summarizes the construction and development of Agricultural science and Technology Park in Changzhi City, and innovative USES the data envelopment analysis (DEA) DEAP2.1 software, measurement of 18 agricultural science and technology park of static calculation and analysis on the operation efficiency, was analyzed by using the method of dynamic Malmnquist index of total factor productivity of agricultural science and technology park of changzhi city, with the method of dynamic analysis of Malmquist index of TFP of Changzhi agricultural science and Technology Park situation, Meanwhile it summary some problems in the course of operation, and research the reasons of productivity index changes and differences and deep-seated. All of this in order to provide the allocation of resources in the city and puts forward some reference, provide a theoretical basis for modern agricultural parks in Changzhi.
