Faced with increasingly complex and high uncertain dynamic business environment,New ventures show the low survival rate of the phenomenon.Compared with mature companies,new ventures' development prospects are not clear,the salary is very low and staff' sense of belonging is weak,lead staffs for the new ventures as a springboard to get work experience,and turnover rate is high.Especially the turnover staff which has key resources and technical,reducing the core competitiveness of new ventures.If the members of new ventures can establish a good relationship of trust,and it can reduce conflicts due to the distrust,improving efficiency and competitive advantages.So the relationship of between employees and leaders for new ventures,it is extremely important but easily broken.Although the academic community have carried out deep research on interpersonal trust,the research on the combination of interpersonal trust damage and entrepreneurial intention.Therefore,future study of the relationships between new venture's entrepreneurial intention,risk tolerance and entrepreneurial intention are of great practical significance.On the based of the domestic and foreign literature reviews,this study divides the interpersonal trust damage into the two dimensions: trust damage to leaders and trust damage to colleagues,to study the inner relationship among the new venture's entrepreneurial intention,risk tolerance and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the208 valid questionnaires,builting the sample database and using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis tools,we came to the conclusions which are as follows:(1)the interpersonal trust damage can be divided into the following two dimensions: trust damage to leaders and trust damage to colleagues;(2)trust damage to leaders has a significant difference on the employee's different work life and enterprise scale;trust damage to colleagues has a significant difference on the employee's different work life,but it has no difference on the enterprise scale;(3)trust damage to leaders and trust damage to colleagues all have significant positive correlations with the employee's entrepreneurial intention;(4)risk tolerance contributes a moderate role between trust damage to leaders and entrepreneurial intention of new venture;risk tolerance contributes a moderate role between trust damage to colleagues and entrepreneurial intention of new venture.
