Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Passion On Entrepreneurial Intention

In the past few decades,entrepreneurship has become an important economic and social development issue across the world,and has become many scholar's research focus.In China,innovation and entrepreneurship have become the first driving force in the current stage of economic development.It is crucial for us to correctly understand the gap between China and developed countries in the field of entrepreneurship in Europe and the United States,formulate effective entrepreneurial policies,further increase the proportion of entrepreneurs,and finally form a warm atmosphere of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.Previous studies have found that most entrepreneurial activities are fore-planned and conscious.The entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurs plays an important role in the process of individual decision in terms of starting a business.At present,the government has issued a large number of supporting policies to support entrepreneurs and improve their entrepreneurial intention,and a good public atmosphere has been formed in all sectors of society.This paper deeply studies the previous studies on entrepreneurial intention and finds that the original motivation of entrepreneurs and their risk perception ability relating to the overall business environment are important variables that influence entrepreneurial intention.By reviewing,sorting out and summarizing the previous literature,combining the cognition theory of entrepreneurship and taking the theory of entrepreneurial traits as the theoretical research basis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the influential mechanism between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention from the following aspects: entrepreneurial passion directly influences entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial passion influences entrepreneurial risk perception and entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial policy plays a moderating role in the impact of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention.Based on extensive reading,this paper has achieved: First of all,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the relationships among four variables,including entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial risk perception and entrepreneurial policy,in combination with theories and previous studies,and constructs the theoretical model of this study.Secondly,this paper USES text analysis,coding and other methods to conduct a scientific analysis of the contents of selected cases,and explores the formation ofentrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurs involved in the case.Finally,four propositions are proposed in this paper with in-depth discussion of the relevant conclusions and implicationsThrough case study,this paper combs the entrepreneurial process of Jumei Youpin,MI,and Alibaba,and through text analysis analyzes entrepreneurs emotion,behavior and cognition of risk,then reached the following conclusion: passion has positive effects on entrepreneurial risk perception which has positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial passion also has positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial policy could make a positive adjustment between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention.This research constructs the research on the effects of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention model,further completing the related research of entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial intention,on the basis of the theoretical contributions and practical influence on two or more things,expand the research significance in terms of the following two aspects: on the one hand,the stability of the entrepreneurial environment is not necessarily good for entrepreneurial process,the government should create policy environment conducive to enterprise development according to the state of the development of the enterprise and the industry adjustment policy.On the other hand,for entrepreneurs,in the process of starting a business,they should not only put their passion into the creation of the enterprise,but also pay attention to the perception of entrepreneurial risks and forge a strong will in the face of setbacks.
