In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of the national economy,enterprises are increasing demand for knowledge workers.For enterprises,knowledge workers not only in respect of reserves and training of long-term operation and management,has become the core of competition in the industry impact strength.Currently,social employment problems have become increasingly prominent,and the knowledge worker turnover rate did not fall,and the emergence of regional,large gap between industries.This contradiction problem worthy of reflection,is also the main direction of this thesis.In the new economy,knowledge workers turnover main factors are what,how these factors restricting the development of enterprises,both focus on human resource discussion is the core problem of corporate organization and management,for this proposition,the paper launched specific discussion.In this thesis to knowledge staff turnover problems as a starting point,first of all,introduces the research background of this problem,summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,straighten out the thesis research ideas,research contents and research methods.Then the knowledge staff turnover introduces the relevant theories,including the concept and basic theory knowledge staff two modules.Concept of part of this paper introduces the definition and characteristics of knowledge workers;Basic theory mainly introduces the related theory of affecting knowledge staff turnover,the organization and management theory(organizational career management and organizational identity),performance management theory(employee job performance,methods of performance management and performance appraisal,incentive theory,content and process of incentives),planned behavior theory(work environment and pressure,employee self-efficacy)four aspects;The third chapter is a combined total of electroacoustic company's basic situation,the enterprise introduces the departure problems,analyze the current situation and difficulties.On the basis of theoretical analysis and company overview,aim in the fourth chapter through the questionnaire,questionnaire design,questionnaire distribution and recovery,data analysis,the influencing factors of empirical research summary,and according to the results of the survey to amount to electroacoustic company,summarized the knowledge employee turnover factors analysis.Finally,in view of the inductive factors,leaving put forward corresponding solutions,enterprise operation and management to provide guidance for the future.
