With the rapid development of economy in our country, the problems of the traditional agriculture such as land fragmentation, low comparative advantage and line with the market are gradually showing the clue. Therefore, our country is put forward to moderate scale management as the goal to promote land circulation and finally to realizing agricultural modernization. Recently, farmland transfer in northeast China was accelerated as a fast rapid, but the circulation system is not perfect, some people just pursuit the scale economic benefit and ignore the grain production efficiency in northeast China. As a result, the land productivity is decline. Even some operators in the pursuit of profit maximization, began to farmland "non-staple", "non-agricultural" production. Large grain household as the mainstay of the northeast should take into account the land productivity when pursuit the scale operation to ensure national food security. In the actual investigation, and the phenomenon of farmland transfer is very common in northeast China, the vast majority of large grain households is dependent on the formation of farmland transfer. Some scholars began to study "whether farmland transfer" have impact on land productivity, but this simple binary classification variable is difficult to explain the difference land productivity between large grain household. Existing research is also difficult to explain the impact of farmland transfer to land productivity between ordinary farmers and large grain household.According to this, this article is based on survey data of "hundred villages and thousand households" in 2014.Choosing the Northeast's large corn household as investigation object, using descriptive statistics analysis method to descript large corn household's farmland transfer-in status by the scale of land management, land transfer type, transfer contract way, land transfer year and source. Based on the interaction analysis of land productivity and farmland transfer-in rate, this article uses multiple regression model, considering the family resources endowment, land investment, land and fragmentation degree as exogenous variables. Finally based on the model results, with the moderate scale of land productivity indicators, identify the optimal scale, and determined the optimal into and by income.Study showed a trend of the concentration of sample area land, but land transfer is few source, instability problems such as nonstandard and lack of perfect land circulation market regulation to guide farmers land transfer behavior. Empirical shows that land transfer rate and large land productivity has a "inverted U" relationship, and this relationship does not exist with ordinary farmers. Under the perspective of food security, optimal scale is 67 mu; Under the perspective of income, the optimal scale is 110 mu. Under the current level of land transfer should continue to promote the land transfer rate to increase the land productivity and farmer's income.Instead of binary classification variables in this paper, using "whether land conversion" to explain the influence of the land circulation for land productivity, land transfer rate can further explain on existing literature that the difference between large corn household groups who both have land transfer behavior. Will land circulation, land productivity and the moderate scale management organic combination of the three hot issues that calculate the optimal into scale, the results of the study have strong applicability.
