| In the 21st century,Internet technology has become more and more mature,cloud computing,big data and other technologies have been continuously implemented,and are increasingly accepted by enterprises and individuals.The financial industry has begun to transform to science and technology with the help of technical forces.Relying on the development of the original financial line business,it uses Internet technology to support the underlying structure and build a new platform for the development of financial science and technology.This development mode will drive the transformation of the whole industrial chain to the financial science and technology industry.With the strategic development of enterprises,the employment pressure of enterprises has become prominent.How to solve the problem of employee work pressure under the new situation is a difficult problem for enterprises and employees.The research in this field is of great significance.This paper aims to find the main working pressure sources that affect the working pressure of financial technology practitioners,and put forward specific and effective improvement suggestions combined with the characteristics of the industry.Provide methods to relieve employees’ work pressure and improve employees’ work enthusiasm and efficiency;At the same time,strengthen the internal governance means of fintech companies and improve the happiness of employees in the fintech industry.Based on the mature questionnaire and combined with the interview content of the employees of company a,the author compiled the questionnaire on job stress of the employees of a financial technology company.The questionnaire contains 20 questions and involves the following three parts:1.Basic information of employees 2.Investigation of work stressors 3.Investigation of stress status.The investigation of working pressure sources includes:1 Cost expenditure 2 Expenditure feedback 3 Interpersonal communication 4 Structural system.By combing and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,the reasons for work pressure are summarized as follows:1.The expenditure cost is too high,and "Internet"overtime is difficult to improve;2.Insufficient expenditure feedback leads to emotional dissatisfaction and negative pressure;3.Interpersonal communication is difficult to meet,leading to a crisis of trust;4.The organizational structure is single,and the policy is superficial.At the same time,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The work expenditure of employees in company a is not proportional to feedback;2.At the same time,interpersonal relationships also deeply affect employees’ work experience and induce trust crisis;3.Unreasonable organizational structure and policies and regulations lead to problems such as increased management difficulty,slow progress of work flow,and difficult to achieve effective communication.The transformation of financial industry is a journey of exploration and a transformation driven by technological development and market economy.The problem of employee pressure induced by it is gradually revealed.It is inevitable and ripe to study and solve the problem of employee pressure.This key problem should be paid attention to. |
