Research On The Impact Of Informatization On The Innovation Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Informatization grows rapidly and vigorously in recent years, such as the " Internet+", industrial 4.0. made in China by 2025. Aim to promote the continuous development and progress of the equipment manufacturing industry. The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of our country, the base power of the country, and during the key transformation period of China's equipment manufacturing industry, enhance the innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry, realize the optimization and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry is particularly important. Therefore, this paper is based on whether the informatization level influnce the innovation of China's equipment manufacturing industry, also do some relevant theoretical and empirical research.This paper uses DEA method to estimate China's 3 sub equipment manufacturing industries of the innovation efficiency, found that 3 sub industries shows large regional differences. At the same time, use principal component analysis to calculate the informatization level of China's 24 provinces from 2003 to 2012, show that China's 24 provinces generally have a high level of informatization (mean each province's informatization level is greater than 0.5). Use the provincial panel data China's 3 sub equipment manufacturing industries from 2003 to 2012, to examine empirically regional informationization level influence the innovation efficiency of the 3 sub equipment manufacturing industries. The results show that:informationization has a positive effect on innovation efficiency of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry, the electronic computer and office equipment manufacturing, medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry, but also significant, show that regional informationization level significantly promote the upgrading and innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.This paper also examines the other factors effect the innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry. The results show that the market size of the 3 sub of equipment manufacturing industries all have a negative effect on the innovation efficiency of 3 sub equipment manufacturing industries, but also significant, indicating that the market size of the 3 sub equipment manufacturing industries, is not conducive to the promote innovation efficiency. So, we thought that should actively improve the regional informatization level, on the other hand we should use information technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry, at the same time, we should strictly control the size of the equipment manufacturing industry enterprise.
