Along with the continuous evolution and development,enterprises from all over the world begin to get involve in world economic integration progress,in order to seize the opportunity from economic globalization,and occupy a position in international market.Under the background of internationalization,to achieve sustainable development,it is an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to have internationalization development strategy.Chinese household electric appliance enterprises have joined into the international development from the beginning of Chinese economic reform,and have showed tremendous international competitive advantage.Then,what was the performance of our household appliance enterprises in international market,and how does the degree of internationalization influence performance of enterprises,have been an important issue for Chinese household appliance enterprises.To research the international management performance of Chinese top household appliance enterprises has great importance for other home appliance enterprises to carry out international market.The relevant literature on internationalization management performance of Chinese typical household electric appliance enterprises is limited,and current researches on the relationship between internationalization and business performance have not met consistent conclusion.This paper chooses three typical home appliance enterprises as research object,finding mechanism of action from internationalization to business performance through empirical analysis,and providing appropriate proposals to other household appliance enterprises.At first,this article reviews current literature on some theories,including conception about degree of internationalization,operational performance and the relationship between them.Next,using data,charts and cases to summarize the current situation of Chinese appliance industry as well as the degree of internationalization.Then,selecting more than ten years of financial data from three Chinese typical listed home appliance enterprises:Haier,Gree,and Midea,and carrying out regression analysis towards each of them.At last,This paper got the following conclusion:(1)The relation between degree of internationalization and business performance of Haier,Gree and Midea are negative linear relationship,S-curve relationship and U-shape model,which shows the negative impact of internationalization on operational performance at the beginning of international strategy,and home appliance enterprises must achieve a relative high level of(2)internationalization to get a positive influence on performance.(3)The scale of enterprise has significant positive impact on business performance,which indicates that large size of enterprise is helpful for international strategy.The enterprise growth ability and management advantage also show some positive impact on performance.(4)The positive impact of development expenditure on performance has not been confirmed,which may because of the hysteresis quality of R&D,but from the long run,the positive influence also could not be denied.
