This thesis set a new round of reform of state-owned enterprises in our country as the background,select Tianjin port group as the research object,use talent standard system as the breakthrough point,on the basis of research on talent standard system and talent management in domestic and overseas,analyze the present situation of Tianjin port group talent management under the new environment.On the one hand,by establish talent standard system of Tianjin port group,this thesis take talent management into different classification,thus have reference value in the process of staff recruitment and talent introduction.On the other hand,this thesis put forward the implementation plan and safeguard measures of talent management,put forward some projects of talent management,thus have guidance and practical significance to talent management of Tianjin port group.This thesis use several methods,such as questionnaire investigation,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis,current politics analysis and so on.The first chapter introduce the background of select topic,research significance,research status in domestic and overseas,research methods,problems intent to solve,and overall structure arrangement.The second chapter introduce the relevant theory applied to this thesis.The third chapter analyze the present situation and existing problems of human resources management of Tianjin port group.The fourth chapter analyze the construction of talent standard system,put forward the basis of talent classification,quantize talent standard,provide an important reference for talent introduction.The fifth chapter is based on the improvement of labor productivity rate,forecast talent demand of Tianjin port group over the next 10 years.On the basis of talent standard system and talent demand forecasting,this thesis put forward the top-level design of Tianjin port group talent management,establish the implementation path,perfect the safeguard measures,establish a number of specific,actionable projects,improve talent planning of Tianjin port group.The sixth chapter summarize main content of the above,take a brief prospect on the future research direction,thus get ready for a possible follow-up study.
