Nowadays,all enterprises in the world are willing to figure out the right strategy to grow or survive the business under current crisis global economy environment.LEAN is the most important principle to be applied in the company routine management.Most enterprises optimized management with LEAN theory,and all enterprises will to reduce waste in daily operation and management to improve core competitiveness capability,when most of people focus on visible waste reduction,the most important element in the enterprise are always be ignored,the real core competitiveness capability of the enterprise is human resource,but the talents are wasted every day.Keep investing and inspiring people,put the right people on the suitable position,that is the way enterprises should do to train and keep the talents,but enterprises always seek people outside and layout employees every day.This is a kind of waste can be called Talent Waste.The thesis first expounds the organization of globalized enterprises,the background of current situation,bottleneck of competiveness improvement,and address the questions of the real core cost of enterprise.There is no universally applicable strategy to keep the talent because every enterprise has different organization,business model,profit pattern and management system,but whatever the enterprise dose,the people is the real core competitiveness and real cost to enterprise.Nothing will be addressed without people,commercial intensity,customers satisfactory,innovation,acquisition & integrity,research & development and productions,no achievement will be reached without strong talent team,so people call the best team win.The thesis divided into organization management and appraisal management of employee imported LEAN management thinking.Through the concept of LEAN theory,take a deep dive of enterprise talent strategy and current employee management,most of enterprise even globalized companies,are all struggling with human resource.Control the human resource cost is the most necessary and important management should be addressed by top management,improve the personal capability,establish career ladder for employees and build comfortable working environment are the most important stuff to stabilize the talent team and keep training new employees to match the enterprise development.On the other hand,modify the target an appraisal system to give people appropriate working challenge and sense of achievement is the key to keep people.Finally,briefly describes performance of LEAN management guarantee and actual benefit for enterprise with talent strategy under LEAN theory,and summarize full text and propose the further research points.Through the concept of LEAN theory of talent strategy,upgrade the human resource capability,optimize the organization,improve performance,deliver profit to shareholders and build core competitiveness is beneficial to sustainable development of the enterprises.
