With the continuous growth of global economic activities,the logistics industry has ushered in rapid development in the past.The good development trend of the industry further promotes the rapid growth of the scale of leading enterprises,and the demand for talents of logistics enterprises is increasing potential.Such demand not only lies in the demand for talent introduction,but also in the demand for talent identification,talent training and echelon construction.As an important human resource tool and measure to realize talent identification and training,and then enable talent management and development,talent inventory has gradually been valued and adopted by enterprises.Z company is one of the leading enterprises in the logistics industry in South China.After years of development and cultivation,it has a deep reserve of logistics talents.In order to identify high potential talents in the huge staff group,and then promote the efficient management of talents.Company Z implemented the talent review mechanism internally,but the review effect was not obvious,and even generated negative voices among employees.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes Z Company as a case study.First,analyze the strategic needs based on the existing industry environment of Z company,and clarify the talent needs.Secondly,through material analysis,research interviews,literature research and other methods,the problems existing in the talent inventory of Z Company are analyzed and studied in depth.Based on the problems found in the analysis,this paper puts forward improvement plans from four aspects: inventory objectives,inventory tools,inventory process,and the application of inventory results,studies and builds a set of talent inventory work methodology that can help Z company realize talent demand,and puts forward three guarantee terms: talent culture oriented construction,talent inventory team,and human resource information construction.In order to explore and form a set of targeted,applicable,and supportive talent inventory mechanism for talent management and enterprise strategy.
