The society has entered the era of knowledge economy.Knowledge and technology has become the hallmark of this era.As carriers of knowledge and technology,knowledge workers will work through their knowledge capital to the source of corporate profits,which is the company's most valuable resource.The loyalty of knowledge workers is an important precondition for employees to bring value to the enterprise.Of which,knowledge-based women employees are very important group,who have a highly educated,professional knowledge and skills required for enterprises,who are important forces to promote enterprise development through their ability and wisdom to increase enterprises wealth.But there were still lots of unfair situation for professional women due to the shackles from the competitive job market and the traditional view.Such unfair situations contradict with the goals of knowledge-based female employees to pursue a successful career and self-worth achievements,which will lead to a knowledge-based female employee mobility increases.Therefore,from the perspective of the uniqueness of knowledge-based women's loyalty,this paper studies the knowledge-based women's loyalty.The main work is as following:Through the literature research,the definition and cover range of knowledge female employees is studied.Then,through the relevant research related to career women,a theoretical basis was provided to determine the factors that affected the loyalty of knowledge female employees.Meanwhile,the study also analysed the previous theories on employee loyalty and finally determined three parts that to study loyalty:loyalty to the economy,professional loyalty and loyalty to the organization.On this basis,in order to better understanding the real thoughts and feelings of knowledge-based female employees at work,this study conducted a survey interview style,by a question and answer approach to look for the possible factors that may affect loyalty.After literature research and interviews,four most representative factors that influence the contemporary knowledge-based loyalty of female employees were summarized:personal factors,organizational factors,family factors,external environmental factors.Followed by empirical research,the relationship between these four factors were analyzed and test.Verification showed that individual subjective factors,organizational factors and family factors have positive effects but external environmental factors have negative effects on the loyalty of knowledge female employees.Finally,this study summed up three viable proposals for enterprises to raise the knowledge female employees' loyalty:(1)to provide fair and equitable workplace environment;(2)to care women needs and develop targeted welfare system;(3)to integrate the loyalty concept in the corporate culture.Research on knowledge-based female employees would help to expand the study on employee loyalty and enrich the study on management of knowledge female workers in theory.In practice,it can make enterprise to understand the importance of knowledge female employees,found their own management deficiencies,and promote the management level.This research has certain theoretical and practical significance.
