In the era of knowledge economy, the pattern of economic growth has changed. The competitiveness of enterprises maily depends on the total performance of the knowledge-based employees, so they receives more and more attention. Now, many scholars have made a research of performance of enterprise knowledge-based employees performance level, aimed at to enhance the performance level of knowledge-based employees. Entrepreneurs and scholars are thinking about, what on earth is the factors are usually influenced the knowledge-based employees’ performance. Because the study of these factors can find a feasible way to improve the performance level. At present, the scholars tried to study the knowledge employee performance influence factors from various angles, mostly from three aspects of selef-characters, organization enviroment and job characteristics, and obtained some achievements through the empirical study.However, scholars only research general of knowledge-based employees and ignored the particularity of female knowledge-based employees. In fact, on the common characteristics of the knowledge-based employees they also have some special characters. whether these factors different from the knowledge-based male employee characteristics will affect their performance level of special factors? The research on this problem is still relatively lacking. So, the author study form interview and investigation, at the aspect of sociology,proved that the work-family-investment, work-family-support, social support and work-family-contradict are the influencing factors specific to female knowledge-based employees on the gender role.First, This paper determined by a Generality to Individuality research ideas, Starting from the enterprise knowledge employees, summary the characteristics of the knowledge-based female employees and define the knowledge-based female employees, and then definite and evaluate the performance in this study.Secondly, according to the findings of some scholars, draw on the experience of the existing Knowledge-based employee performance influential factors model, and integrated into four new influencing factors raised by author, constitutes a corporate knowledge-based female employees theoretical model of.Then, I first measured the quality of the questionnaire by small sample data, determined questionnaire items, and then through performing the empirical research by large sample data. In this paper, I used the SPSS18.0and LISREL8.7software tools to perform the reliability and validity testing, and built a SEM model after exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Through the empirical research draw the following two conclusions. First, through the compare research of corporate knowledge-based comparative study of male employees and female employees drawing that the new four influencing factors is the influencing factors specific to female knowledge-based employees; second, the twelve assumptions Proposed by the text is tenable, and the four influencing factors is influence on task performance, interpersonal promote and job dedication, as well, the different effects on the same performance reached through a different path coefficient different and the same factor on the different performances the effect is also not the same.Finally, analyze the relationship between the four factors and three dimensional performance According to the empirical results. Discussion the enterprises to improve knowledge-based female employees performance based on the results, discussed in job design, performance management, and pay and benefits. After that, carry out a research summary and outlook based on the full texts.
