| Performance management is the key content of Human Resource Management. It’s also a main evaluation standard for staff in colleges and universities. With the implementation of some laws and regulations, such as Amendment to PRC Labor Contract Law and Temporary Provisions of Labor Dispatching, Labor dispatching and employment system in colleges is facing new challenges recently. Therefore, widespread attention has been attracted by both universities and academic world.Based on above situation, this paper investigates and surveys performance management of labor dispatching of female staffs in Beijing N College by means of case analysis and empirical research. Under the full consideration of gender factor, the author studies the factors that influence work performance of female staffs in colleges and universities and 5 dimensions are included as below:namely the gender dimension, job skill performance dimensions and motivate performance dimension, resource dimension and the environmental adaptation dimension.Collected by empirical approach, the relative information is analyzed in the aspects of management, sociology and psychology. Main issues existing in the performance management and work satisfaction of labor dispatching of female staffs in N College include:Performance appraisal system lacks fairness; The incentive compensation system and salary policy cannot reflect the principle of "Who is capable can do more and will be paid more";Social insurance and other welfare benefits is not mature and unfair among different departments; Lack of related policy and regulations to protect dispatched labors; Related complementary system to the labor dispatching system becomes an obstacles to the staff career development in essence.Besides, this paper tries to discover and refine the main factors affecting job satisfaction and performance. Aimed at solving the problems of the dispatching system, the paper comes up with some ideas, relevant policies and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the system, promote the work performance of the female staffs in dispatching system. |
