According to the questionnaires we collected at rural credit cooperative of WuMing for 340 employees,this paper use exploratory factor analysis method to discuss the structure of organizational commitment.We use statistical method,such as variance analysis-test,to analyze the difference between different demographic characteristics of the structure of organizational commitment.This study also uses correlation and regression method to discuss the influence of employees' work attitude and behavior through organizational commitment.At last,suggestions which are aimed to improve the employees' organizational commitment are proposed.we have made conclusions as follow:1.The Employees' organizational commitment of WuMing rural credit cooperative has a clear structure of three reasons:emotional commitment,ideality commitment and economic commitments.As it is show in the survey,the dimensionality of organizational commitments is the same despite of the gender.Some differences about the organizational commitment also exist due to their age,education background,working experience.Moreover,those three dimensions have been paid different attention.2.Reserch shows that the employees' organizational commitment of WuMing rural credit cooperative affect their behavior and attitude.3.The rural credit cooperative of WuMing must pay attention to their employees'emotional incentive,enforce their human resources management,make standard of the internal operation,only in that way can it improve it's reliability of commitment...
