Research On The Project Process Management Of The Staff On-job Training And Examinations In BG Product Update Strategy

In order to face the severe market and to seek the road of scientific development,BG,as a traditional manufacturing company,hopes to gain market and fulfill its strategic transformation by upgrading its products.During this progress,the site operators' skills and operating methods can not meet the new production and business model.In order to solve this problem and to push the realization of development strategy,BG plans to implement a "on job training and verifying" program to strengthen and improve the operators' skills.By using the project schedule planning and control theory,the BG staff on job training and validation project carried out a detailed analysis,using WBS diagram,milepost event,critical path,Gantt chart project schedule management tool for project time undertook estimation,developed the project schedule.On the basis of the impact on the progress of the project the key events and key factors analysis,further exploration in ensuring project quality based on the implementation of control method in the project,as the follow-up to carry out similar training project experience.
